  • What are the shipping delays?

Generally, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping to Quebec & Ontario should take 4-5 business days, 5 business days for the Maritimes & Prairies and 6 business days to the West coast. (Keep in mind, delays can occur on holidays and or bad weather warning.)

 

  • Can I wash my beanbag?

We always recommend to spot clean using lukewarm water and a mild soap to clean our beanbags. You can use a small cloth or sponge and then let it air dry out in the open. 

 

  • Can I use my beanbags outdoors?

In order to prolong the lifespan of our beanbag chairs we always recommend that you store the products inside or under the patio away from direct exposure to the sun. Direct exposure to sunlight for prolonged periods of time can cause color fading. 

 

  • Is there a minimum amount to benefit from the Sezzle payment plan ?

Yes, all orders over $299 (before taxes) can benefit from the 4 interest free payments with Sezzle

 

  • The filling of my beanbag has decreased. Is this normal and how can I refill?

We do use the highest quality of polystyrene beads on the market to try and minimize this issue. However, this can happen over time, depending on how often the products are used. We do offer refill beads that come in 100L bags, which you can purchase them here.

 

  • What is your return policy?
