Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may obtain a full refund. Please follow the guidelines explained in this section.

You may return purchases made at www.norkaliving.com within 14 days of receipt.

If the return falls outside of the 14-day return period, damaged or not in its original packaging and receipt, Norka Living cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.

At Norka Living, we test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the use for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Norka Living products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.

Exchange Policy and Returns

You may exchange a product purchased at www.norkaliving.com within 14 days of receipt.

If the product is not returned within the 14-day return period, damaged or not in its original packaging, www.norkaliving.com cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.

Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs for products returned for other reasons than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

The amount of time your return is in transit is completely beyond our control. Once we do receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You should allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return.

Although Norka Living will refund the money within 72 hours after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account.

We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned product(s). The full value of the order’s total will be refunded. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase was made in.
