Return & Exchange Conditions

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Within the 14-day return period
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Compressed foam pieces:
    Once unpacked, they will not fit back into their original packaging. We will provide instructions to ensure a smooth return with our shipping carrier.
  • Bead-filled pieces:
    Must be placed back into their original packaging for pickup.

Processing & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Returns are processed within 1–2 weeks after pickup, depending on carrier availability
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 72 hours
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction

You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.

Additional Information

  • Items showing normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement
  • Items marked final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
