Return & Exchange Conditions
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Within the 14-day return period
- In original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Packaging Guidelines

Compressed foam pieces:
Once unpacked, they will not fit back into their original packaging. We will provide instructions to ensure a smooth return with our shipping carrier. -
Bead-filled pieces:
Must be placed back into their original packaging for pickup.
Processing & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- Returns are processed within 1–2 weeks after pickup, depending on carrier availability
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 72 hours
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.

- Items showing normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement
- Items marked final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
