Return & Exchange Conditions
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Within the 14-day return period
- In original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Packaging Guidelines

Compressed foam pieces:
Once unpacked, they will not fit back into their original packaging. We will provide instructions to ensure a smooth return with our shipping carrier. -
Bead-filled pieces:
Must be placed back into their original packaging for pickup.
Processing & Refunds
- Returns are processed within 1–2 weeks after pickup, depending on carrier availability
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 72 hours
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
Return & Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking of the product.
Example:
If you return an item valued at $500, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted, and your refund will be $450.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or defective due to misuse and wear and tear.
Once your return is approved, a carrier will be arranged for pickup. Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for the item to be picked up and returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

- Items showing normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement
- Items marked final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
