Norka Living products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. In the race occasion that this occurs, it will be our pleasure to replace any of our products for a period of 12 months. The product will be replaced against an equivalent value product or a credit will be issued on your account.

It is always recommended to spot clean your beanbag and loungers and them air dry out in the open. Spot clean your fabric with a water-based shampoo or foam based cleaner. You can use a brush to agitate the cleaner or even an upholstery attachment on a carpet cleaner.
